Advanced to expert solo drill. Start on the T and hit shots to the front wall close to the side wall (left or right side). The ball should return to you, after which you hit a shot towards the front wall on the other side.
view variations"Hit as many balls as you can in your first few years"
Easy to advanced solo drill. Stand in the middle of the court. Hit shots into the side wall alternating between left and right side. Prepare smoothly and minimize unnecessary racket movement.

Place two objects each in the front of the court, middle and back of the court. Start a timer for one, two, or three minutes and see how many shots you can make. Completely come to a stop on the T before moving again.
