User centered websites, based on user research with the target audience. Easy to maintain, fast loading and conforming with usability standards.
Websites made for various clients. Built from scratch in either Wordpress (content management system) or MyBB (forum software), often using well supported plugins and in rare cases my own creations.
All of these were designed and developed through a careful process involving heavy user research: from observing users performing real tasks in realistic settings on the previous site and those of competitiors, to testing the prototype and current website.

A concept based on a previous website. The redesign provides a tablet/mobile friendly layout in a "garden magazine" style, showing their most relevant projects, explaining strengths, experience and process and lets potential clients get in touch.

Website and forum for international sim racing community. A highly customised MyBB forum is the home of respectful, low-preparation, friendly but still competitive racing on Assetto Corsa.

Two websites aimed at very different demographics. Student housing site serves housing for students and starters. Insurance site provides financial services and insurance aimed at medium income households.

Their first smartphone website. Based on mobile interaction recommendations, analysing other sites and the Gemeente Groningen style guide, I designed this layout in a week, which served for about three years.
